Hi, I’m Faith! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach through Brianna Battles.
I’m passionate about helping people move with strength, confidence, and purpose—whether that means performing at a higher athletic level, rebuilding postpartum, or simply feeling stronger and more capable in everyday life. My approach blends evidence-based training with a personalized, supportive touch so every client feels seen, challenged, and empowered.
I believe that great coaching starts with understanding the individual. Every person has unique goals, backgrounds, and needs, and my job is to create a program that meets you where you are while guiding you toward where you want to be.
