Hybrid Training:
Hybrid coaching blends the freedom of online training with the power of in-person connection. You’ll receive fully customized programming, progress tracking, and ongoing support through my app—plus two private 60-minute sessions each month for focused technique work, goal setting, and accountability. It’s personalized coaching, elevated.
2-3 Days A Week - $160 Per Month
4-5 Days a Week - $185 Per Month
Online Coaching:
Unlock a complete coaching experience—anytime, anywhere. My custom training app gives you tailored workouts, performance tracking, and direct access to me for ongoing feedback and guidance. With consistent check-ins and open communication, you’ll stay supported, focused, and equipped to reach your goals on your schedule.
2-3 Days a week- $100 per month
4-5 Days a week- $125 per month
